Key Personnel

LAURI LAUBRE

Project Manager

Lauri has been active in the Estonian music scene for over 30 years, both as a musician and an entrepreneur. He founded Piletilevi, which has since evolved into the largest ticket sales chain in the Baltic states. Lauri has managed some of Estonia’s largest clubs, organized festivals, and brought dozens of artists to Estonia, including Michael Jackson, Tina Turner, and The Rolling Stones. He has also been involved in numerous other initiatives that have significantly influenced the Estonian music industry.

HANNO PASOVS

Producer

Hanno is an experienced event organizer and promoter, specializing in electronic music. He is a DJ, has served as the site crew and commerce manager for the Rock in Haapsalu festival, and has managed various clubs. He holds a degree in cultural management from the University of Tartu Viljandi Culture Academy.

RENO HEKKONENS

Media and Public Relations

Reno has been involved in organizing or participating in public relations and media communication for nearly every major event in Estonia.

KADRI KRISTELLE KARU

Project Coordinator

Kadri Kristelle has extensive experience in organizing events of various sizes. She has led numerous projects and has been involved in the planning and execution of many large concerts, conferences, and other events.

ANDREAS LUKIN

Technical production

Andreas is one of the leading technical production specialists for events and large concerts in Estonia. He is a long-time promoter and has also worked for an extended period as the program director for Estonia’s largest arena, Saku Suurhall.

Administrative and general topics

The Mayor of Haapsalu, a highly experienced and longtime local government leader, has also been involved in event and concert management for many years. He is the driving force behind the Rock in Haapsalu festival and serves as a promoter.

ANDRUS LAUREN

Legal advice

He graduated from the University of Tartu Faculty of Law and has worked as the City Secretary of Tallinn for several terms of the city council. He has also been a lecturer at EBS University. In the 1990s, during the early days of the Estonian entertainment industry, he served as the chairman of the board of one of the largest entertainment companies in the Baltics.
